Entrants may enter the Contest by calling Birdman’s Mozes Fan number (504) 322-4477. When prompted, press 1 to join Birdmans mobile list (mob) and leave him a message telling him what you would do with 1,000 dollars. Save message. Standard text and voice messaging rates apply from your mobile operator or telephone company to each text message sent or received in connection with the Contest (each entrant should contact his/her mobile operator or telphone company for pricing plans and details). Entrants should use caution and should not drive while entering the Contest.

Contest begins at 12:01am EST on December 11th, 2007 and ends at 11:59pm EST on, January 14th, 2008.

You may only enter a maximum of three (3) times.

The Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Contest is open to individuals, but not to corporate entries. Employees and contractors of Mozes, Inc. ("Mozes"), Universal Music Group and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: - $1,000 dollar check

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries received. All taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize substitution is permitted. Winner(s) may be required to verify their entry.

With regard to the use of the Mozes system that will allow you to participate in the Contest, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy located at http://www.mozes.com/tos and http://www.mozes.com/privacy. With regard to an entry you submit as part of the Contest, you grant Mozes and its authorized partners, including without limitation, Universal Music Group, a worldwide, perpetual, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use the entry related thereto, including but not limited to your voice, words, content and likeness with the entry.

Mozes will be collecting personal data about entrants, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Mozes’s privacy policy at www.mozes.com. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Mozes’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Mozes’s privacy policy.

If you are selected as a contest winner, you agree that Mozes and its authorized partners, including, without limitation, Universal Music Group, may publicize your name, likeness, and the featured voice message you did to win the contest. Apart from the prize associated with being selected as a winner, Mozes shall not be obligated to compensate you in any way for such publicity.

One $1,000 cash prize will be awarded to the winning entry. If the winning entry is submitted by more than one individual, the $1,000 cash prize will be divided equally among the participants who submit the winning entry.

Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Mozes harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to that entrant's participation in the Contest. In no event shall Mozes be liable to an entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or that entrant's participation in the Contest.

Top 10 finalists will be selected by Mozes. Top 10 finalists will be sent to UMRG to select the grand prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winners will be selected by a panel of Mozes and Universal Music Group staff. The judges will grade entries using the following criteria:

* Creativity of message * Creativity and unique appeal of the use of the grand prize * Clarity and efficiency of message

The judges shall have the sole authority and discretion to select the award recipient(s).

In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number submitted at time of entry.

The Winner will be notified by telephone, text message, and/or email, and Winner (and parent or legal guardian of Winner under the age of 21) will be required to sign, and have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (the "Affidavit/Release") (and any other documents required by Mozes), within five (5) calendar days of notification. The Affidavit/Release must be complete and must include the Winner’s social security or resident alien identification number. The information in Winner’s Affidavit/Release must be correct and must be identical to the information provided in Winner's Entry or the Winner will be disqualified. If the Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if the Winner is ineligible, if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the Winner fails to claim a prize or rejects the prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Rules, or if the Winner fails to return the completed and executed documents described above, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. If a prize is unclaimed or forfeited, no compensation will be given. Winner will also be required to send a copy of his/her passport, drivers license or birth certificate as proof of age and residency.

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Mozes to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Contest or Mozes for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, and winner agree to release and hold harmless Mozes, authorized partners, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Mozes is not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

Mozes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site. Mozes may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Mozes representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE MOZES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
